The Silvermine Room is a gallery dedicated to "The Knockers." This early group of Silvermine artists met weekly in Solon Borglum's barn and later its members formed the Silvermine Guild.

On Canvas, Paper & Board - Works by The Silvermine Group of Artists

"On Canvas, Paper & Board - Works by The Silvermine Group of Artists" focuses on the work of seven of the Silvermine Art Colony members: Edmund M. Ashe, Solon Borglum, Helen Hamilton, Addison T. Millar, Charles Reiffel, Carl Schmitt and Frederick Yohn. The exhibit highlights the different mediums in which these seven artists worked. As professional artists, they were highly trained draftsmen capable of creating paintings in oil, watercolor, pastels, pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, printmaking and sculpture.
