I Remember the Old Town Farm

$5.00

A chronicle of daily life on the Town Farm (i.e. “Poor Farm”), in the early 1900’s.  A haven for the “lone and elderly” poor of the New York area, it was run by a “Superintendent” and family who lived on one side of the 21-room building. This colorful first-person journal was narrated by a resident born there in 1919.
