Join Richard Weidlich for carols and holiday cheer

Dr. Richard Weidlich, baritone, has performed in opera, operetta, and musical theatre, as well as with symphonies and chamber ensembles. He is a professor at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, teaching music classes and individual voice lessons.

Richard has had the pleasure of performing with the Summer Theater of New Canaan featured as Sir Lancelot in this past season’s Camelot, Professor Harold Hill in The Music Man, Max in The Sound of Music and the King in Cinderella.

Orchestral solo appearances include St. Louis Symphony, Buffalo Philharmonic, Seattle Symphony, Oregon Symphony, Tucson Symphony, and others. Dr. Weidlich is Vice President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.

Dr. Weidlich teaches voice for both classical and musical theater students.–

We are excited to announce that construction on the Jim and Dede Bartlett Center for New Canaan History is underway!
